About Me
I am a mother of three and a Los Angeles native. I love to sing karaoke, go hiking, drink coffee and tequila (not usually at the same time) and beat my husband at Scrabble.
I see birth as the intersection between science and spirit. My role as a doula is to inform, educate and empower the birthing couple and provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor.
Hospital birth? Home birth? Epidural or no? My job is help you make the most informed decisions that are right for your family.

Birth Doula
Service usually includes two prenatal visits, continuous labor support, one postpartum visit and text and phone support throughout pregnancy.
Private Birth Education
Birth education increases positive birth outcomes. Schedule an ICEA (International Childbirth Education Association) certified class in the comfort of your own home or on zoom. Topics covered include healthy pregnancy choices, stages of labor, comfort measures, common interventions and postpartum preparation.
Group Childbirth Education Class
Create community with fellow expecting parents. International Childbirth Education Association certified class covering topics such as healthy pregnancy choices, stages of labor, comfort measures, common interventions and postpartum preparation.
