About Me
I am a mother of three and a Los Angeles native. I love to sing karaoke, go hiking, drink coffee and tequila (not usually at the same time) and beat my husband at Scrabble.
I see birth as the intersection between science and spirit. My role as a doula is to inform, educate and empower the birthing couple and provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor.
Hospital birth? Home birth? Epidural or no? My job is help you make the most informed decisions that are right for your family.
